1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any CodeSecDev website, application, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

CodeSecDev provides software products, digital content, technical support, and related services, with a focus on privacy-first app development and operation.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps and services for personal or internal business purposes, as applicable.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software except where prohibited by law.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
• Use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or platform policies.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Some features are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

• All digital purchase transactions are processed only through Apple App Store and/or Google Play billing systems, depending on platform.
• Pricing, taxes, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown in the relevant store and may vary by region.
• Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by Apple or Google billing policies.
• We do not store full payment card numbers.

5. In-App Advertising (IAA)

Our services may display advertising content. Ad delivery may be operated through one or more monetization and mediation partners, including:

Ads may include App Open, Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded Video, Native, and Playable ad formats. Availability depends on region, app category, and platform rules.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful ways.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with service operation, security, or integrity.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, bots, or abusive traffic.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, branding, design assets, and associated intellectual property in our services are owned by CodeSecDev or its licensors and are protected by law. No ownership rights are transferred to you by using the service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes data collection, lawful processing, and rights under regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and related laws.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor specific outcomes from service use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeSecDev and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to service use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the claim, or equivalent local statutory minimum where required.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeSecDev, its officers, team members, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion if required by law, platform policy, security concerns, abuse detection, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Material updates will be communicated through appropriate channels such as website notices or in-app messages. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting each other in writing.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Vietnam unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
